I would like to take a moment to recognize Teresa Carr, my State Farm representative, for the exceptional support and compassion she showed me during an extremely stressful and unexpected situation.

A few days ago, a tornado came through our area and a very large pine tree that was located in the front of our home was uprooted and fell directly onto our house. At the time, I was out of town when my neighbors contacted me to let me know what had happened. Hearing that a massive tree had fallen on my home while I was away was frightening and overwhelming.

Teresa was there to help guide me through the process and answer my questions when I needed reassurance and direction. Having someone who was responsive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely concerned made a tremendous difference during a very difficult time.

When you experience something as devastating and unexpected as storm damage to your home, you need to know that the person handling your insurance is going to be there for you. Teresa demonstrated that kind of care and professionalism, and I am truly grateful for her assistance.
